1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the me44 platform, including the official website at me44.pro, the me44 mobile app, and all related services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and me44 ("Company", "We").

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the me44 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to discontinue use of the me44 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the me44 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of me44 services is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Have never been banned from using the me44 platform previously for any terms violation.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one me44 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, valid email address, mobile phone number, and actual date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, me44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card, passport, or recent bank statement. Withdrawal services may be suspended until the KYC process is successfully completed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Immediately notify the me44 support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Me44 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Payments

Me44 supports a wide range of secure and convenient deposit methods for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, as well as crypto assets such as USDT and Bitcoin.

All deposits must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. me44 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unauthorized source may result in account freezing and further investigation.

• Minimum deposit limit: MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Maximum deposit limit: Subject to your chosen payment method and account verification level.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your me44 account within minutes upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Me44 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Me44 members are entitled to withdraw their cash balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and upon full completion of all KYC requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: MYR 30 per withdrawal transaction.
• Processing time: Between 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX methods; crypto withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or wallet in your own name that has been registered in the me44 system.
• Me44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• If a bonus has not yet met the wagering requirement (rollover), withdrawal of that bonus balance is not permitted until the requirement is fulfilled.

Me44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for investigation purposes if there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other terms violations. In such situations, we will notify the member concerned and provide an appropriate explanation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

In general, the following conditions apply to all me44 bonuses and promotions:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the me44 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user or me44 staff.
• Uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes copyright.
• Abusing the bonus system, promotions, or special offers through dishonest means.
• Using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to carry out any transaction.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Me44 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for security and legal compliance reasons.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the me44 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, me44 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account and is under no obligation to issue any refund.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, me44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures, or internet connection issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Me44's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
